Independent Sales Representative and Self-Defense Workshop Instructor

Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as an Independent Sales Representative and Self-Defense Workshop Instructor. We are seeking motivated individuals to deliver empowering self-defense workshops and promote our innovative self-defense products. No prior self-defense experience is necessary, but it is helpful. Full training and ongoing team support will be provided to ensure your success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive 90-minute self-defense workshops for participants of varying backgrounds and skill levels.
• Present our range of high-quality self-defense products and effectively demonstrate their features and benefits.
• Build rapport with customers and attendees, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at gun shows on weekends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with self-defense trends and industry developments to enhance product knowledge and training delivery.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect with diverse audiences and create an inclusive learning environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation, and the ability to travel.
• Basic computer skills for managing sales and workshop documentation.

Compensation:

• 50% Commission on your sales!!!
• Uncapped commissions
