We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a commission-based independent sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for selling self-defense items at various gun shows, as well as setting up and conducting 90 minute self-defense training seminars in your territory. You will have the opportunity to work with an enthusiastic team and receive comprehensive and ongoing sales training and support.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Sales: Engage with potential customers at gun shows, effectively demonstrate and present our self-defense products, and close sales to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Self-Defense Training Seminars: Set up and conduct 90-minute self-defense training seminars in your assigned region on weekdays. These seminars aim to educate participants on self-defense techniques and create awareness about our products.
Sales Team Meetings: Attend a one-hour sales training meeting on Fridays, where you will receive product updates, sales strategies, and valuable insights to enhance your selling skills. Collaborate with other sales team members to share knowledge and experiences.
Individual Sales Meetings: Participate in individual sales meetings on Mondays to review your performance, set sales goals, and receive personalized coaching and support from the sales manager.
Travel: Be open to traveling to different locations for gun shows and training workshops. All travel expenses, including transportation, accommodation, and meals, will be covered by the company. We strive to provide superior hotel accommodations whenever possible.
Team Collaboration: Work as part of an enthusiastic sales team, contributing to a positive and motivated work environment. Share ideas, best practices, and support fellow team members to achieve collective success.
