Availability for Travel: The candidate should have the ability to travel from Friday evening until Sunday evening to attend events and conduct workshops. This may include out-of-town events, and travel expenses will be covered by the company. Additionally, weekday availability is necessary for setting up and conducting workshops in their designated territory.
Reliable Transportation: A reliable mode of transportation is essential for attending events, traveling to workshop locations, and ensuring timely arrival at scheduled activities.
Age Requirement: Candidates must be over 21 years old to be eligible for this position.
Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure Agreement: Successful candidates will be required to sign a non-compete and non-disclosure agreement, safeguarding the company’s proprietary information and ensuring confidentiality.
Energetic and Outgoing Personality: The ideal candidate should possess a high level of energy, enjoy interacting with people, and have excellent communication skills. Being able to engage and connect with participants is crucial for conducting successful workshops and promoting self-defense products.
Team Player: We are seeking individuals who work well in a team environment and can collaborate effectively with colleagues. Motivating others and fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere is an important aspect of this role.
Flexible Schedule: While Friday hours are flexible, the candidate should be available on Saturdays from 8 AM to 5:30 PM and Sundays from 9 AM to 5 PM to conduct workshops and engage with attendees. Weekday hours will be determined by the candidate as they set up and conduct workshops in their assigned territory.
